  • Fully individualized training program

    • Individualized based on exercise testing

    • Running + strength training

      • Video demonstrations for strength exercises

  • Coach’s comments, instructions, tips, and motivational conversation through software, emails, , text, etc.

  • One weekly in person training session (Depending on location)

  • 25% off any C.T.W. Endurance hosted race
